This department plans to improve the performance of the employees to achieve the university objectives.

The administrative affairs department pursues providing a suitable working environment through adapting qualified management and modern technology.
  • Applying regulations and rules related to organizing the relationship between the university and the employees.
  • Enticing qualified human resources to serve the objectives of the university.
  • Carrying out the instructions, regulations and rules that organize the work of the staff.
  • Looking into of the employees’ affairs department to attain job satisfaction.
  • Studying the university needs for human resources and laying the appropriate plans and programs to meet such needs.
  • Evaluating the performance of the employees for achieving continuous improvement.
  • Providing the university with the needed supplies and distributing and inventorying these supplies. 
  • Keeping the buildings and assets safe, clean and comfortable for academic and educational atmosphere.
